You’ll be the bridge between development and operations, owning scale-up trials, troubleshooting process challenges, and ensuring launches land right first time.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading factory trials and first productions
- Translating kitchen recipes into robust manufacturing processes
- Working closely with Technical, Operations, and Commercial teams
- Driving continuous improvement across bakery processing methods
- Supporting site capability development for future innovation
What we’re looking for
- Strong bakery category experience (essential)
- Hands-on factory trial and scale-up experience
- Confident stakeholder communicator
- Solutions mindset — calm under pressure, practical in delivery
