We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join a growing and fast-paced business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring every customer journey runs smoothly from start to finish.
You’ll become an integral part of the team, helping to manage customer orders and supporting the sales process behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied position, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.
No two days are the same – you’ll be involved in everything from order administration and customer communication through to coordinating deliveries and ensuring every detail is handled accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Review quotations before they progress into confirmed orders, checking product compatibility and ensuring all details are accurate

Prepare and coordinate documentation, approvals, and custom order requests where required

Manage customer orders throughout the full sales journey, maintaining regular communication and updates

Monitor order schedules and ensure timelines align with customer expectations

Keep customers informed throughout the process, including delivery readiness and final stages of completion

Handle customer enquiries efficiently, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner

Liaise with internal departments and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and schedules

Maintain accurate records, update systems, and ensure all communication is documented appropriately

Support wider business operations and take on additional responsibilities as the team continues to grow
