General Operative (Night Shift)
Full Time | Permanent | £16.13 per hour + Overtime|
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday | 9:45pm – 6:15am
Due to continued growth, our well-established Chesterfield-based client is looking to recruit an experienced General Operative to join their night shift team.

Key Duties
Preparing work areas, labels, and packaging for production
Following quality standards and work instructions
Working across different factory areas as required
Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
Disposing of waste correctly and safely
Supporting continuous improvement across the department
Requirements
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Good attention to detail
Positive, team-focused attitude
Willingness to learn and develop
Ability to work independently and use initiative
