Key responsibilities:
-
Providing day-to-day support across product, development, and sales administration

Supporting product growth by analysing data, improving processes, and sharing updates with the wider team

-
Ensuring product information remains accurate and consistent across customer websites
-
Taking a hands-on role in reviewing physical product samples
-
Completing customer data sheets, managing portal uploads, and preparing product images and files to required specifications
To succeed in this role, you will be someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
You will bring:
-
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets
-
Excellent organisation, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
-
A systems-savvy mindset, with experience using databases and Microsoft Office tools

Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with international suppliers
-
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
