Pudsey • Full‑time (37.5 hours) • Monday–Friday • Flexible hours
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organised, and keeping things running smoothly. This is a great role for someone who’s used to working in a busy environment and wants a Monday–Friday job with a friendly, supportive team.
You’ll be part of a well‑established local business with a strong reputation and a down‑to‑earth culture. You’ll have full training on the systems and processes - what matters most is your attitude and the way you work with people.
What the role involves
The job is varied, but at its core it’s about making sure customers get the right information and that orders move through the business smoothly. You’ll be:

Talking to customers and giving clear, helpful updates

Keeping records accurate and up to date

Working with different teams to make sure orders are processed correctly

Helping the sales team with general admin and coordination

Staying on top of emails, paperwork, and day‑to‑day tasks
