Responsibilities:

Welcoming patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

Managing calls, emails, enquiries, and appointment bookings

Supporting new members from initial enquiry through to onboarding

Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative systems

Processing payments confidentially and professionally

Ensuring the reception and patient areas remain calm and inviting

Working collaboratively with the wider clinic team

Supporting operational and administrative tasks where required

Upholding the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality
Experience Required:

Experienced in a customer-facing role within a premium service environment

Professional, organised, and detail-oriented
-
Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities

An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Calm, empathetic, and approachable

Comfortable using digital platforms and clinic systems
Additional Experience:

Private healthcare or membership-based services

CRM systems such as HubSpot

Hospitality, concierge, or luxury customer service backgrounds
