The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, helping to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing within a safe and welcoming environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks
• Assisting residents with mobility and nutrition where required
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Encouraging independence and resident engagement in activities
• Working closely with the wider care team to deliver person-centred care
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
• Promoting a safe, calm, and positive environment for residents
About You
• Previous experience within a care home or support setting is desirable
• A caring, compassionate, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Reliable, friendly, and professional attitude
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care desirable but not essential
