Our client has an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join their amazing team, to be responsible for the day-to-day hr administrative activities.
Main responsibilities:

Assisting with the recruitment processes – updating the website for vacancies, reviewing candidate applications and updating job adverts

Onboarding, typing up of contracts, putting together starter packs

Induction of new employees & assisting with training

Supporting the hr function with administration and daily requirements

Writing up of newsletters

Maintaining the time and attendance system - Reviewing absence & holidays
The ideal candidate should have:

Knowledge & experience within an HR Admin role

Great communication skills to allow for communication between managers and employees.

Impeccable organisational skills & strategic thinker

Excellent skills in MS Office
