Description
Trant Engineering have started work on several waste water upgrade projects in the Oxfordshire / Gloucestershire / Berkshire regions and are looking for civil operatives at all levels who are looking for long term work and real career advancement. We believe in rewarding and developing individuals with the right attitude and enthusiasm for what we do. With time and training you could find yourself site engineering, acting as supervisors or even site managing and beyond.
Applications are welcome from labourers, skilled operatives, machine drivers (360) and gangers who are interested to join us on a long term basis.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to our foremen, duties include but are not limited to:
General civils construction operations.
Drainage, pipe laying, concrete.
Hand digging around complex services.
Promotion of safety within safety critical environment.
Holding permits to work, etc.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
CSCS Card
Applicants will need to be reliable and responsible with a good awareness of health and safety in the workplace and a strong work ethic.
Desirable
CPCS / NPORS 360 above / below 10 tonne.
CPCS / NPORS Dumper & Roller.
NVQ Level 2 Civil Engineering / Construction / Groundworks.
Confined Space Awareness.
Thames Water Passport.
Previous experience in a relevant construction operational role (3+ Years).
