Customer Sales Advisor – What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will:

Deliver a consistently high level of customer service both face-to-face and over the phone

Identify sales opportunities and maximise every enquiry to help achieve business targets

Advise customers on available products and services, tailoring solutions to their individual needs

Contribute to the achievement of weekly, monthly and annual performance targets

Complete administrative tasks accurately in line with company procedures

Maintain high standards across the working environment

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures

Support account management and payment follow-up processes where required

Take ownership of responsibilities during independent working periods or in the absence of management

Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and ad hoc duties as required
