The Role – Administrative Assistant
As part of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to both colleagues and clients of the Practice. Duties will include:

Managing a wide variety of administrative tasks
-
Preparing and collating key data for reports and portfolio reviews
-
Handling enquiries and correspondence from clients and providers
-
Maintaining the client database and diary management for the Partner and Advisers
-
Processing new business and liaising with SJP administration teams
-
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Practice
Training will be provided where required, alongside scope to develop your knowledge and progress within this exciting and fast-paced environment.
The Person – Administrative Assistant
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience within an IFA or financial services administration role

Knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products (desirable)

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

IT proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills

A professional and client-focused approach
