We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join North Northamptonshire Council delivering reactive repairs and voids work within occupied social housing properties.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to qualified trades professionals with strong all-round maintenance experience.
✅ Rate: £140 Per Day
✅ Contract: 3 Months+ (reviewed every 12 weeks)
✅ Hours: 37 Hours per week – Monday to Friday
✅ Location: Fleming Road Depot, NN17 4SW
✅ Areas Covered: Corby, Kettering & Wellingborough
✅ Company Van Provided (work use only)
🔨 Essential Trade Skills:
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Plastering
• Bricklaying
• Fencing
• Flooring
• Groundworks
🏠 Experience Required:
• Minimum 3 years’ trade background
• Must have social housing experience
• Experience working in occupied properties and voids
• Ability to work under pressure in reactive maintenance environments
• Comfortable dealing with challenging property conditions
