Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5pm, fully office based.

We’re a successful recruitment company looking for a proactive Branch Administrator to support a team of four high performing consultants. This is a varied, fast‑moving role where no two days look the same and where your efficiency, accuracy and people skills will make a real impact.
Responsibilities

Screening CVs and supporting the candidate onboarding process

Chasing timesheets and ensuring all weekly hours are submitted on time

Collecting and checking references for candidates

Keeping our in‑house CRM (JobAdder) fully updated and accurate

Meeting and greeting visitors and being the friendly face of the branch

Ordering stationery and office supplies to keep everything running smoothly

Supporting consultants with mailshots, marketing activity and client communications

Providing general administrative support to ensure the team can focus on what they do best

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

Minimum 1-year previous admin experience (recruitment admin is a bonus but not essential)

A team player who enjoys supporting others and taking ownership of tasks

Tech‑savvy, with the ability to pick up systems quickly (JobAdder experience will prove an advantage)
