Role: Production Operative (Rotating Shift)
Location: Dudley
Hours of work: Earlies- Monday to Thursday: 5.40am to 1.50pm/ Friday: 5.40am to 11.30am, Lates- Monday to Thursday: 1.40pm to 9.50pm/ Friday: 11.20am to 5.10pm
Rate of Pay: £12.71ph increasing to £14.24ph after 12 full weeks work
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to join our client in Dudley, a leading manufacturer within the plastics industry. This is a fast-paced hands-on role to help support within the production teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, ongoing work within a supportive and friendly environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Assembling small components using basic techniques
Checking finished parts against written specifications
Learning and operating basic machine controls such as start/stop functions under supervision
Packing and preparing finished products in line with specifications
Operating small presses and fixtures to fit components and fixings
Working flexibly across different production areas as required

Previous manufacturing or production experience
