Salary: £28,714 per annum

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy depot in Ossett, Wakefield.
Our client is a leading provider of temporary welfare and accommodation solutions for construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects across the UK. The business supplies and maintains site cabins, welfare units, portable offices, and storage containers.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing orders and updating internal systems
Coordinating deliveries, collections, and bookings
Providing general administrative support to the depot team
Managing customer queries professionally and efficiently
Processing damage charge outs for returned equipment
Liaising with drivers, engineers, and internal departments
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in Customer Service or Administration
Computer Literate
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills (phone and email)
Ability to work well under pressure and manage workload
Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
Experience with invoices or damage charge outs is beneficial
