Key Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries via email and phone, providing quotations and advice.
Organise all aspects of equipment hire: specifications, logistics, and sub-hires.
Follow up on lost or damaged items and late returns.
Obtain quotes from suppliers and sub-hire equipment at the best price.
Ensure invoices are accurately raised for all completed work.
About You
Strong knowledge of event technology (AV, lighting, sound, staging, special effects).
Experience with rental management software.
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
Strong attention to detail and concentration skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Personable, supportive, and able to work effectively with colleagues and clients
Ability to explore opportunities for new business.
Desirable Skills
Familiarity with Current RMS or similar rental software.
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
First aid certification.
Clean driving license
