Role – Customer Service Assistant
Location – Edinburgh City Centre
Hours – Monday – Friday, 0830 – 1700 (37.5 hours per week)
Start date – Monday 25th May 2026
Duration – Until end of July 2026
Pay Rate - £13.00 per hour
Pertemps are recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join our Edinburgh team on a temporary basis.
The role:
Answering phone calls
Meeting and greeting candidates upon arrival
Managing a mailbox
Arranging interview appointments
Supporting with general admin tasks
Any other tasks as required
You should have excellent customer service skills and be proactive.
