Description
Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external use.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transport.
Act as a point of contact between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure timely follow-up on action items and meeting outcomes.
Maintain and organise confidential documents and records.
Support event planning and execution as needed.
Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the department.Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
