We are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join our Blow Moulding department, operating bottle supply equipment to achieve required standards of performance and support manufacturing operations.
This role has a stronger focus on machine set-up, fault finding and performance, and would suit candidates with previous machine or production experience in a manufacturing environment.
Location: Bellshill
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Days & Nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)
Salary: £29,290.59 per annum
Key responsibilities
Set up, operate and monitor bottle supply and de-bagging machinery
Carry out fault finding and respond to equipment issues
Complete traceability documentation and production records accurately
Support changeovers and adjustments to minimise downtime
Control bottle and film waste, including reprocessing where required
Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards to Grade A level
Support manufacturing lines safely as required
Report and escalate Health & Safety or quality concerns appropriately

Experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
A proactive, performance-focused approach
Comfortable working a rotating days and nights shift pattern
Strong commitment to Health & Safety, Quality and Hygiene standards

1.23x for unsociable hours (6pm-4am Mon-Fri)
