We are working with a privately owned new build housing developer to recruit a permanent Telehandler for a brand-new residential development in Ilfracombe.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing developer offering long-term, secure employment and continuity of work across future housing schemes.
You will play an important role supporting site operations, assisting trades, moving materials safely around site, and helping maintain a clean and organised working environment. There will also be the requirement to carry out general labouring duties when you are not operating the Telehandler.
Key Responsibilities

Operate the telehandler safely and efficiently across site

Move materials and support timber frame installation teams

Assist with deliveries and site logistics

Support trades and site management with general labouring duties

Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards

Carry out daily machine checks and report defects
Requirements
-
Previous experience operating a Telehandler on construction sites is essential

NPORS or CPCS Telehandler ticket
-
Positive attitude and willingness to assist across site operations

Reliable and hard-working approach
