As the business continues to expand, they are looking for an organised and adaptable Administrator to support customer accounts, operational processes, and internal systems.
The Role This is a varied administration-focused role supporting both customer accounts and warehouse operations. You will act as a key point of contact for customers and internal departments, ensuring orders, systems, and processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
The role would suit someone with strong administration experience who is confident managing multiple priorities, communicating with clients, and learning internal systems and processes. Experience within logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, or 3PL environments would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support across customer accounts and operations
Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and operational updates
Maintain accurate records across internal systems and databases
Support onboarding of new customers, including system setup and data administration
Assist with order processing, stock management, and operational coordination
Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Learn and become proficient in warehouse/order management systems, including Mintsoft
Monitor and resolve administrative issues in a timely and professional manner
Support process improvements and general operational efficiency
Carry out ad hoc administration and support duties as required
Skills & Experience
Previous experience within an administrative, operations support, or customer service role
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Confident using systems, databases, and Microsoft Office packages
Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
Ability to manage workloads effectively in a busy environment
Proactive, reliable, and adaptable attitude
Experience within logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, or 3PL environments is desirable
Experience using Mintsoft or similar warehouse/order management systems would be advantageous
