£46,000 DOE + Healthcare + Pension Building Services | HVAC | M&E | AutoCAD

M&E CAD Operative required to join a growing Mechanical HVAC specialist contractor delivering projects across healthcare, education and commercial sectors.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and expanding business with a strong pipeline of work, supporting the delivery of multiple live projects across the South East.

The role will involve managing and coordinating M&E CAD drawings across mechanical and electrical building services installations while supporting Project Managers, engineers and site teams throughout project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Producing and managing M&E CAD drawings and layouts
Supporting live Building Services projects across multiple sectors
Managing drawing revisions and document control
Coordinating technical information with project and site teams
Maintaining drawing registers and project documentation
Supporting CAD process improvements and workflow efficiency

What they’re looking for:

Experience within an M&E / Building Services CAD role
Strong AutoCAD experience
Revit knowledge beneficial
Good understanding of HVAC and Building Services projects
Strong organisational and document control skills
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
High attention to detail
