Production Operative
Enstone, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire
Pay Rate: £13.34 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 6:00pm
Contract Type: Temporary, Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Own transport is essential Due to the remote location of our clientOur long-established client based in Enstone is currently recruiting for temporary Production Operatives to support their busy plastic injection moulding manufacturing site.
Working as part of a team across different production units, you will have the opportunity to multi-skill and receive training in all areas of the production operation within an exciting plastic injection moulding industry.
Key Responsibilities
Working in a plastic injection moulding production environment
Assisting in loading machinery with materials and ensuring smooth operation
Offloading finished goods and putting products away on pallets
Contributing to the production of high-quality products
Operating different types of machinery
Following Health & Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Skills & Experience
Previous production experience would be desirable but is not essential
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work on own initiative while understanding team responsibilities
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude with a willingness to learnDue to the remote location of our client, own transport is essential.
