Temporary 6 Month Contract
We are supporting our client based in Livingston recruit a Finance Assistant on a temporary 6 month contract, to support with clearing a backlog.
This role will be on a part time basis; there is flexibility around the days and hours that can be worked based on individual preference. The role is fully site based in the office in Livingston.
Responsibilities
Purchase ledger
Sales ledger
Credit control
Bank reconciliations
Responding to queries by email and telephoneExperience Required
Previous experience in a Finance/Accounts support role
Experience using Sage
Confident using Excel and Microsoft Word
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
Confident communicating, both written and verbal
