Hours: 8am-4pm - Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:
📅 Managing school records and student files with precision
📞 Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries from parents, staff, and students
📝 Assisting with the preparation of reports and documentation
💻 Maintaining and updating the school's database and systems
🎉 Supporting the organisation of school events and activities
🤝 Collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure effective communicationWho We're Looking For:
Organised and detail-oriented
Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with school management systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
