Recruitment Administrator

With Investors in People Gold status and a proud history dating back to 1961, we’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our branch on an ongoing temporary contract.
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will:
Support with administrative tasks
Support managing stakeholder relationships
Learn how to source and attract candidates through advertising and search methods
Interviewing candidates and preparing them for the team to present them to clients
Answering calls and dealing with queries as required
Work closely with experienced consultants who will mentor and support your development

A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong organisational skills

Willingness to learn and develop
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of multi-tasking
The Recruitment Administrator role:
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm with a 4.30pm finish on Friday
£13 - £14 per hour depending on experience
Ongoing temporary assignment with a leading recruitment company
