Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: Sheffield S60 Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts

Week 1: 6:00am – 3:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break ; 2 paid tea breaks)
Week 2: 1:00pm – 10:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break ; 2 paid tea breaks)

Pay: £12.97

Contract Type: Temp to Perm (12-week TTP)

Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing and modern operation based in Sheffield , who are looking to appoint reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support their busy warehouse function.

THE ROLE

Support the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation including Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control
Pick, pack, and prepare materials for field installation teams
Assist with stock organisation, inventory checks, and stock accuracy
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
Support continuous improvement within the operation
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily workflow
Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

THE REQUIREMENTS

Previous warehouse or distribution experience would be beneficial
Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems
Forklift experience would be an advantage but is not essential
A valid driving licence with no more than 3 points would be beneficial for insurance purposes, although not essential
