About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer of a large, diverse group of companies. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic organisation, providing essential executive support and ensuring the smooth running of the COO’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements across multiple businesses.

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.

Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.

Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Support strategic projects and assist in managing priorities across the group.

About You

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing demands.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.

Professional, discreet, and resilient under pressure.
