Finance and Service Administrator required to work for a leading contractor specialising within the M&E/ Building Services sector. This is a dual role supporting a busy M&E department. You will be supporting the Service and Maintenance Manager in coordinating daily tasks and ensuring smooth service delivery of engineers and finances
It would be advantageous that you may already have some experience across the engineering, construction or building services sectors. Also have Sage software usage
Your role
-
Bookkeeping, raising PO', Manage payments,
-
Oversee the VAT return process, ensuring compliance with current VAT regulations.

Raise allocate, and book in orders

Maintain a calendar to efficiently organise the work schedules of engineers.

Prepare quotations for remedial and new works

Process and manage purchase orders (POs) and handle all related documentation.

Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers
