We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our Specialist School in Nottingham City Centre.
You will be instrumental in the kitchen by serving snacks and lunch to 83 pupils in our specialist school that encompasses primary to secondary aged students.
Duties include serving cold snack and hot lunches, setting up dining hall for lunch, making up food boxes to specification, pot washing, prepping food, setting up cold counter to specification, supporting Teacher’s requirements for their students on an ad hoc basis, setting up food trolley, understanding and exercising portion control when serving.
Having the ability to be flexible in your approaches is vital, as student needs may change. We require that staff are be able to maintain an environment where our pupils feel happy, safe and valued.
Term Time (45.6 weeks a year)
Hours: 30 per week, Mon to Fri 07.30am-1.30pm
