Polyframe is looking for Window Fabricators / Production Operatives to join its manufacturing team in Lenwade.
This is a practical, hands-on role making uPVC windows and doors. It would suit someone who has worked in window fabrication, door manufacturing, glazing, beading, frame assembly, uPVC production or a similar factory role using hand tools, air tools or machinery.
Shifts available:
Monday to Friday, 6.00am to 2.00pm
Monday to Friday, 2.15pm to 10.15pm

Progression to £13.06 and £13.81 per hour
Realistic progression within 3 to 6 months after training

£20 per week shift allowance for the PM shift

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work as part of a busy production team manufacturing uPVC window and door products.
Your role will include:
Cutting uPVC profiles
Reinforcing and welding window frames
Attaching handles and mechanisms
Using hand tools, air tools and production machinery
Beading and glazing windows
Checking finished products for quality
Handling and loading window frames safely
Working to production targets
Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
What we’re looking for
We are especially keen to hear from people with experience in:
Window fabrication
Door manufacturing
uPVC or aluminium fabrication
Glazing, beading or frame assembly
Factory production using hand tools or power tools
Practical assembly-style manufacturing
You do not need to have done this exact role before, but you do need to be practical, reliable, hands-on and comfortable working in a busy production environment.
Previous window or door experience would be a strong advantage.
