Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Biggleswade
Salary: £12.71 per hour, weekly pay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

As a Production Operative, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of the production process. This is a hands-on position where you will be working on your feet, keeping pace with a fast-moving line, and contributing to the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating and monitoring machinery on a fast-paced production line

Ensuring products are packaged correctly and meet quality standards

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience as a Production Operative, Factory Operative, Manufacturing Operative, or similar role

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn new skills
