What You’ll Be Doing
As a Contract Administrator, you will provide high‑level administrative support to the wider contracting team, playing a key role in ensuring contracts are efficiently and effectively supported. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the overall contract administration team with day‑to‑day administrative activities
Managing timesheets for both permanent and temporary workers
Updating team trackers to ensure all contracts remain fully supported
Prioritising and multitasking daily duties with minimal supervision
Maintaining proactive and effective communication across your area of responsibility
Managing administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, collating and formatting scanned documents, and filing electronically in the appropriate folders
Providing administrative support to help maintain efficient, safe and cost‑effective contract activities
Complying with company Health & Safety policies, proactively tracking mandatory training, and reporting unsafe or hazardous working practices
Supporting professional platform and social media activities as requiredWhat We Are Looking For
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering high‑quality administrative support. The ideal candidate will bring the following experience and attributes:
Essential experience and skills:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience of working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to build strong working relationshipsYou will also demonstrate:
A willingness to learn, develop new skills and contribute to both personal and business goals
Good interpersonal skills and clear oral and written communication
Strong problem‑solving capability
