Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 or 22:00-6:00
Pay: £12.71 - £14.71 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
Frontline Recruitment are seeking reliable and motivated General Operatives to join our client’s team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support daily operations including packing, quality checking, machine assistance, and general production duties while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Packing printed products accurately and efficiently to customer specifications

Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company and client standards

Supporting machine operators with setup, loading materials, and production runs

Monitoring production output and reporting faults or inconsistencies

Labelling, sorting, and preparing goods for dispatch

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Assisting with general warehouse and operational duties as required

Working to production targets and deadlines within a busy environment

Completing basic production paperwork and records where necessary
Requirements
-
Previous experience in a print, production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential

Good attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

Willingness to learn and support different areas of production

Ability to stand for long periods and undertake manual handling duties
