About the role
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the People team, helping to deliver a professional, confidential and high‑quality People service across KP Snacks. As a People Services Coordinator, you’ll support colleagues and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, making sure every interaction is efficient, accurate and people‑focused.
You’ll work closely with sites, payroll and HR colleagues, using your attention to detail and strong customer service skills to keep our People processes running smoothly and compliantly. What will you be doing?
Delivering exceptional customer service
Acting as a first point of contact for People queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally in line with agreed service levels
Managing employee lifecycle processes
Preparing and administering People documentation for onboarding, leavers and family‑friendly processes with accuracy and care
Maintaining high‑quality People data
Updating multiple HR systems accurately and on time, ensuring data integrity, GDPR compliance and confidentiality at all times
Supporting payroll deadlines
Working closely with payroll colleagues to process documentation and system updates ahead of monthly payroll runs
Building strong site relationships
Partnering with sites and stakeholders to provide consistent, effective People support and the right tools and guidance

We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:
Strong administrative experience
Proven experience in a coordination or administration role, with the ability to manage accurate records and follow processes with care and consistency
An interest in HR and people processes
Previous HR experience is desirable, but not essential, as long as you’re keen to learn and can demonstrate strong transferable admin skills
Confidence using Microsoft 365
Comfortable working with tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams to manage information, track activity and communicate effectively
Clear and professional communication skills
The ability to handle queries sensitively and confidently via phone, email and written communication, maintaining confidentiality at all times
A well‑organised and proactive approach
High attention to detail, good numeracy skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment
