A well-established manufacturing facility in Washington is currently seeking Injection Moulding Operatives to support high-volume production within a clean, modern environment. This vacancy is being managed on a strictly confidential basis by a third-party recruitment agency.
Key Responsibilities

Operating injection moulding machinery in line with production requirements

Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure products meet specification

Trimming, assembling, packing, and labelling components

Completing basic production and quality documentation

Supporting machine changeovers and basic adjustments where trained

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety
-
Reporting defects, faults, or issues to shift supervision
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in injection moulding or manufacturing is advantageous but not essential

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
-
Ability to work as part of a team within a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights
-
Strong reliability and punctuality
