Experienced Office Administrator Required
We are looking for an organised and experienced Office Administrator to join our Quality Team in Fareham.
This is a varied administrative role where you will provide essential support to the Quality department, ensuring documentation, records, reports, and internal processes are maintained accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple tasks, maintaining attention to detail, and working closely with colleagues across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update quality records, documentation, and filing systems
Ensure all documents are accurately recorded, stored, and easily accessible
Manage document control processes and maintain up-to-date records
Monitor external documentation updates and ensure revisions are implemented
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documentation as required
Assist with customer audits, assessments, and questionnaires
Provide administrative support for First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
Compile and maintain KPI reports and departmental data
Support meeting preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions
Assist with process updates and procedural documentation
Liaise with internal departments to ensure information is accurate and current
Support continuous improvement activities through effective administration and record management
About You
We are seeking an experienced administrator who can work independently, prioritise workloads effectively, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
Essential Skills and Experience
Previous experience in an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Document Controller, or similar role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience maintaining records, reports, and documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment
Desirable
Experience working within a quality, manufacturing, engineering, or regulated environment
Experience with document control systems
Understanding of quality processes and audits
