FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Gilberdyke
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well‑established manufacturing facility in Gilberdyke. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of both warehouse and production areas.
Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving stock, raw materials, and finished products around the site
Supporting the production and warehouse teams as required
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Requirements
In‑date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
Previous experience within a warehouse or factory environment
Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently when required
