The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Temporary Customer Liaison Officer to join a busy and fast-paced team. This is a field-based role covering the Chester area.
You will act as a key point of contact between customers, site teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for residents and customers

Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy

Liaise with site teams, contractors, and internal departments

Provide clear updates and manage customer expectations

Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office systems

Support the smooth delivery of works by ensuring effective communication
Essential Requirements

Previous experience in a similar customer-facing or liaison role

Strong communication skills and ability to manage sensitive situations

Resilient with confident negotiation abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience within a regulated or customer-focused service environment
