Coppersmith Recruitment are hiring on behalf of our client for a hardworking and reliable General Cleaner to join a large-scale manufacturing site in Plymouth.
This is a straightforward, long-term cleaning role within a professional production environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable and takes pride in keeping a workspace tidy and safe.
The Package
The Role
Working as part of the facilities team, your main goal is to ensure the site remains clean and functional. Duties include:

Cleaning factory floor areas and walkways.

Maintaining staff canteens, break rooms, and washrooms.

Emptying bins and managing waste disposal.
-
Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.

Following health and safety procedures on-site.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Your own PPE: You must provide and wear Safety Boots and a High-Vis Vest.

Reliability: You must be able to commit to the 3pm – 11pm shift Monday to Friday.

Efficiency: The ability to work independently and manage your time well.

Experience: Previous experience in a cleaning or warehouse environment is an advantage but not essential.
