Customer Service Advisor
Location: Brighouse
Full-time | Permanent | Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
Salary: £26,437 + 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
We're delighted to be working with a well-established and friendly company based in Brighouse, who are looking to welcome a Customer Service Administrator to their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by supporting customers via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming calls and emails from customers
Raising, managing and responding to customer tickets
Providing updates on deliveries and returns
Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
Maintaining accurate records and system updates
About you:
Previous customer service experience within an office-based environment is a distinct advantage
Confident communicating via phone and email
Well organised with strong attention to detail
