Court of Protection Co-Ordinator, City Centre Based.
£30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, including property and financial affairs.

Supporting solicitors with deputyship applications, annual reports, and ongoing case management.

Liaising with clients, families, local authorities, medical professionals, and financial institutions.

Preparing legal documents, statements, and evidence bundles.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Court of Protection and OPG requirements.
Desirables
-
This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting vulnerable clients, managing complex caseloads, and working within a legal or social‑care environment. Previous experience in Court of Protection, financial vulnerability, or supporting clients in financial difficulty ESSENTIAL.

Experience in bereavement teams within banks or financial institutions will also prove a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and deputyship processes.

Clear, confident communicator with a sensitive, professional approach.

Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy caseload.
