Graduate Administrator
We have an excellent opportunity for an organised, capable graduate looking to work in a professional services environment.
Our client is a boutique intellectual property (IP) firm, specialising in commercial licensing and working with high-value IP portfolios and global companies. They are now seeking a Graduate Administrator to provide high-quality administrative, operational, and research support to a small, high-performing team.
The role
As a Graduate Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business, enabling the team to focus on higher-value commercial and IP matters. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining internal databases, trackers, and contact records with a high level of accuracy

Supporting research into companies, markets, and products to inform commercial and licensing activity

Organising information into clear written summaries, tables, and PowerPoint presentations

Assisting with document management, correspondence, filing, and general office administration

Providing wider operational and logistical support across the firm as needed

Starting salary of £26,000 – £28,000 plus benefits
Predominantly office-based role (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
