Production Operative

Full-time | Temporary (2–3 weeks)
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a short-term project based at an industrial site in Lyth Hill. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who are reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handling and assembling large components
-
Constructing and preparing moulds
-
Injecting materials into moulds
-
Removing and handling finished products
-
Using hand tools including screw guns

General production and manual handling duties
Requirements
-
No CSCS card required
-
Must have own PPE (high-vis, safety boots, hard hat)

Comfortable with manual handling and physical work

Reliable with a strong work ethic

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Working hours and pay

Monday to Friday
-
8:00am – 4:30pm (flexibility required for later finishes)

£15.00 per hour

Paid full day (subject to agreement, even if finishing early)
