Hales Group are recruiting for a Warehouse & Logistics Administrator on behalf of one of our well‑established manufacturing clients based in Halesworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a warehouse professional to join a busy and well‑organised operation, supporting day-to-day logistics, shipping, and warehouse activities.
This is a varied, hands-on role within a supportive team environment, offering a mix of warehouse duties and shipping administration. The position is full‑time and permanent, providing stability and excellent working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Booking shipments via carrier portals including FedEx, DHL, TNT, and UPS
Providing shipment information for imports and exports to shipping agents
Supporting the booking of inbound deliveries from global manufacturing sites
Assisting with recording import and export shipments for compliance purposes (training provided)
Supporting the preparation and shipping of customer orders
Printing labels for production and preparing products for despatch
General warehouse duties including goods in, picking, packing, and despatch
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience within a warehouse or shipping/logistics environment
Confidence using Microsoft Office packages
Experience using an ERP system (beneficial but not essential)
Valid Reach Truck and Order Picker licences (essential)
Good attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
Reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
