Purchase Ledger Administrator
Job Location: Poole, Dorset

Salary: Depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

A long-standing, family-owned business based in Poole are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Administrator on a permanent basis.
Key duties include:

Process and post purchase ledger invoices accurately and on time

Resolve invoice issues by liaising with internal teams and suppliers

Handle supplier queries and reconcile supplier statements

Prepare information for payment runs and support timely supplier payments

Report invoice status and issues to management

Maintain scanning, filing, and secure disposal of financial documents

Ensure credit card transactions are processed and up to date

Process employee expense claims and file supporting documentation
You will need:
-
Previous Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable / Accounts experience

Excellent attention to detail
-
Strong IT skills including excel and outlook
