Customer Service Advisor
Location:- Newcastle-Under-Lyme
Salary £24,000 - £25,000
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to support a busy B2C eCommerce operation. This role is central to ensuring customers receive a consistent, high‑quality experience across a range of online sales platforms.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
Acting as a key point of contact for customers across multiple online channels
Responding to enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other digital platforms
Supporting customers with account queries, updates, and manual order placement
Coordinating with logistics providers to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time
Handling returns and working with internal teams to resolve issues effectively
Delivering a consistently professional and friendly service that builds trust with customers
About You
You'll be a strong fit for this role if you can demonstrate:
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal
A professional and assured telephone manner
Strong IT capability and comfort using different systems and platforms
The ability to work well within a team and alongside multiple departments
Good organisation skills and the ability to juggle priorities
