We’re working with a friendly, well-established business based in High Wycombe who are looking for a Warehouse and Shipping Administrator to join their team.
This is a busy, hands-on role where you’ll be out in the warehouse the majority of the time — picking, packing and getting orders ready to go, as well as supporting the shipping side with bookings and paperwork when needed.
Key Responsibilities of the Shipping Administrator

Picking and packing customer orders accurately

Organising shipments in line with customer and company requirements

Preparing import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with EU and international regulations

Booking shipments using their systems

Ensuring goods are dispatched on time and in a cost-effective way

Posting shipping and order information daily using SAP

Providing freight quotes and supporting the admin team where needed

Managing stock levels of packing materials and reordering where required

Supporting with general warehouse duties when needed

Operating handling equipment safely (including forklift etc)
Key Requirements of the Shipping Administrator

Previous experience within a shipping, logistics or warehouse environment

Comfortable with both admin tasks and hands-on duties

Good computer skills (SAP experience would be a bonus)

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and changing workload

Confident communicator across different departments

Forklift experience beneficial
