Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: £13.40 - £14.40 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 8am-5pm or 9am-5pm, including a rotating weekend

Key Responsibilities
Supervising and supporting warehouse staff across daily operations
Processing inbound deliveries quickly and accurately
Ensuring smooth, efficient workflow across all warehouse functions
Working flexibly across multiple warehouse areas as needed
Supporting colleagues to achieve daily targets and performance standards
Using their bespoke admin system confidently (training provided)
Maintaining strong knowledge of internal processes and procedures
Skills & Experience
Strong problem‑solving ability in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
A motivated team player with a proactive approach
Positive attitude with the ability to lead by example
Confident multitasker with strong communication skills
Proven leadership experience within a warehouse or similar environment
