An exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Assistant to join our client’s busy and fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a busy setting, and has a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
You will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by ensuring stock is processed, prepared, and handled to a high standard.
Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge
Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am – 1:00pm
Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours & Overtime
Standard working hours are 40 per week. Any additional hours worked beyond this will be paid at an enhanced rate of 1.5x, including weekend shifts. During peak periods, flexibility is required and weekend working may be necessary.
Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack garments accurately and efficiently

Fold garments to a high standard ready for dispatch

Use a steamer to refresh and prepare stock

Load and organise stock within the warehouse

Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
